The goal and purpose of a Brand Strategy exercise is to develop a concise and cohesive brand strategy document that encapsulates your brand’s core Promise, Position, and Personality to attract your ideal clients/customer. These are used later in the marketing of the company, both online and offline.  Includes Proof of Concept for both Web & Print (design comps).

2. Brand Strategy Summary: Develop value-based Brand Promise, Brand Position, & Brand Personality, & Why statement.

3. Brand Evolution: Logo Design & Tagline improvements: Recommendations for the evolution of your visual brand, including consistent usage over all channels, web, print, social profiles, etc.

4. Develop your USP (Unique Selling Position).

5. Comprehensive analysis of the top competition in your space.

6. High Level Content Strategy, including pillar blog content recommendations.

7. Recommendations on potential Trademarking of certain services or processes to add IP value to the company. This includes exercises in visual sub-branding of these services.

8. Interviews & Profiles – Interviews of individuals in your target market provide deep insight into the buying decision making process, and help inform our decisions on targeted messaging overall content strategy.

A. Formulate interview questions, make target market selections, and conduct interviews.

B. Assimilation of the data provided from Customer Interviews with individuals in your target market.

C. Develop 3 Detailed Customer Profiles (Audience Personas) to help reach your ideal customers.

Logo Development Process

– Brand Research: Competitive overview & design research, color palettes & fonts.

– Concept Exploration: Brainstorming, conceptual sketches, and visual metaphors are explored.

– Concept Implementation: A minimum of 3 Logotype approaches will be presented for review.

– Logotype Revisions & Refinement – 3 rounds of client revisions on the chosen direction.

Note: Logotype created in the industry standard vector application, Adobe Illustrator™. Multiple formats of the final approved logo will be delivered to the client for their ongoing usage: .JPEG, .PDF, .PNG, .TIFF, and of course the original Illustrator source file as well.

I designed my first website in 1994, so I bring a vast level of experience to the table. Your new website will be gorgeous, written for your target audience, fast loading, responsive for mobile devices, optimized for search, and easy to use/edit for post updates using a CMS WordPress platform. We will include the use of a premium SEO plug-in allowing excellent visibility into most used search terms for every page that is built to increase organic searches, and to maximize your reach. WebCare Maintenance Packages

Websites are essentially custom software. And all software is vulnerable and needs updating on a consistent basis. The WordPress Codec, your Theme, and your plug-ins need regular updating at a very minimum. In addition, more and more websites are getting hacked and attacked, including the big players like Twitter and Facebook as well as millions of small businesses everyday. It’s the nature of the world we live in and unfortunately websites are an easy target.

Platinum WebCare Maintenance

WebCare Maintenance Package

Baseline Website WordPress maintenance includes:

•  Daily / Weekly Backups (web files & SQL Database)

•  Malware Scan

•  Uptime Monitor

•  Wordfence Scan

•  Update Plugins & Themes

•  Weekly Maintenance which includes:

◦  Remove all Post Revisions

◦  Remove all auto Draft posts

◦  Clear “Spam” comments

◦  Clear Unapproved Comments

◦  Optimize database Tables

This includes 1 restoration per year.  This is a complete restoration of your database if needed. If your website requires more than 1 restoration, then there is a problem that needs to be determined. Once we determine the issue we can establish a plan to eliminate the problem. If its determined that the restorations are a result of something the client or an external hosting service is responsible for, the plan might include a cost based on the hours involved to resolve the issue.

Content Updates – Content updates and additional design/development are not included

Let is know if you need help updating or adding new content. Content updates are charged at $90 per hour (minimum 1 hour). Each content update will be evaluated on a case by case basis and quoted separately, as content edits/additions vary widely in scope, time, and effort. Remember, we will train you how to use and maintain your own WordPress Website. Content updates are optional.

TimeBlock Packages

TimeBlocks are a discounted approach to purchasing Bulk consulting time for any use you desire.

TimeBlocks save money over ‘project-based’ fixed-fee engagements. We find fixed-fee to be less efficient for both parties, especially for ongoing projects and miscellaneous needs.

Monthly Retainer Consulting

If your need is ongoing you may prefer to entertain another approach that offer deeper rate discounts. A minimum 3 month commitment of time is required. We also offer 6 month and 12 month Retainer agreements for even deeper discounted rates. Hours are tracked, recorded, and reported the same as TimeBlocks.
